HAL CUNNINGHAM

HAL CUNNINGHAM spent over 30 years with the Toronto Police Service. He has recounted many of his on the job encounters with other Police Officers and the criminals he was directly involved with. His many stories involve humour, suspense, drama and excitement making you feel you were right there with him.

His career spans the early years as a young uniformed Police Officer in downtown Toronto, as an undercover Intelligence Agent and then as a Sergeant and Staff Sergeant. You will experience gun calls, murder suspects, bank robbers, kidnappings, snipers, court cases and all aspects of what his daily life was.

The surveillance skills he used on the job also allowed him to teach Surveillance Techniques for over 25 years and he is now retired from Policing and teaching and lives in Ontario.

His favourite author is LA Detective Joseph Wambaugh and his hobbies include boating and Texas Hold Em Poker.
